Advertising Digital Identification LLC Privacy Policy and Copyright Notice

Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, is a part of the User Agreement whereby Advertising Digital Identification LLC (Ad-ID) offers an Administrator or User (as each is defined in the User Agreement) access over the internet to an Advertising Digital Identification System. The User Agreement is available for viewing on the Ad-ID website and it contains and controls the terms and conditions under which Administrators and Users may obtain access and use of the Advertising Digital Identification System. The User Agreement should be read in conjunction with this Privacy Policy. Ad-ID has adopted the following Privacy Policy for www.ad-id.org. In order to monitor and improve site performance, Ad-ID may record the following information about a user's visit to www.ad-id.org: The domain name of a user's internet service provider; The user's email address supplied directly to the Ad-ID through electronic correspondence or supplied automatically to the Ad-ID web server by the user's internet service provider; The date, time and duration of a user's session at www.ad-id.org; and The number of hits on specific pages of content during a user's session at www.ad-id.org. Under no circumstances will Ad-ID furnish or distribute personally identifying information to outside organizations, entities or companies without a user's consent. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, Ad-ID may share such information in response to a legal process such as a court order or subpoena or in other special cases such as a physical threat to you or others.
